We are a collective of Physician Assistants, Certified Doulas, and Care Managers collaborating alongside Financial Experts, Entrepreneurs, and Marketing Specialists. Rhonda Gregory Brent brings over forty years of public sector experience and sixteen years of financial industry expertise to her role as Chief Executive Officer of I AM 1112. A lifelong advocate for economic equity and community empowerment, Rhonda has dedicated her career to bridging systemic information gaps and expanding access to vital resources for underrepresented populations.
Her extensive leadership background includes serving on the board of the National Diversity Coalition (NDC), where she worked alongside faith-based and community leaders from prominent African American, Asian, and Latino advocacy organizations nationwide. Additionally, as an advisory board member for The Change Company, she championed financial inclusion and greater service access for underbanked individuals.
Driven by a profound commitment to sustainable social impact, Rhonda co-founded I AM 1112 in 2017 to transform community health and empowerment landscapes in Los Angeles. As CEO, she ensures the organization’s diverse programming—including maternal wellness advocacy and certified doula services—is executed with structural excellence. Rhonda’s leadership is defined by a mission to break cycles of limitation, guiding individuals to adopt an abundant mindset and reclaim long-term agency over their futures.

Ricsyhelle Davis is an Organizational Change Management Specialist and the driving strategic force behind I AM 1112, a Los Angeles-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to community empowerment, maternal wellness, and systemic growth. As Chief Visionary Officer, Ricsyhelle pairs her deep expertise in structural transformation with a passion for human-centric advocacy, designing comprehensive initiatives that bridge the gap between professional expertise and underserved communities.
With a professional foundation built on guiding organizations through complex transitions, Ricsyhelle applies a sophisticated, results-driven framework to the non-profit sector. As a certified Science of Mind practitioner, she integrates a profound understanding of mental cause-and-effect, consciousness, and personal agency into her change management methodologies. This unique intersection of organizational strategy and cognitive alignment allows her to lead I AM 1112’s transition from localized community research into a unified, high-impact strategic launch model.

Maya is a Physician Assistant with over three years of clinical experience in urgent care and family medicine, with a deep passion for women's health and obstetrics. As the Clinical Director of I AM 1112 — I AM Birthing Support Circle, Maya brings both her clinical expertise and her heart for community to every client she serves.
Maya believes that every mother deserves access to compassionate, high-quality care — regardless of her background or circumstances. Her work at I AM 1112 reflects her longstanding commitment to health equity, diversity, and community-centered wellness. From conducting clinical intakes to coordinating care across a team of doulas and behavioral health providers, Maya ensures that each client is seen, supported, and guided through one of the most important seasons of their life.
Beyond the clinic, Maya is an advocate for preventive health and community awareness — working to close gaps in maternal care and amplify the voices of women who have historically been underserved by the healthcare system.

A master of commercial architecture, she is recognized for transforming complex operational, procurement, and contractual challenges into streamlined, high-performing business ecosystems that position organizations for long-term resilience and market agility.
Throughout her prolific career, Madelyn has navigated the unique commercial and regulatory demands of highly diverse, fast-paced verticals. Her deep cross-industry expertise spans Property Management and Senior Housing—where she designs robust vendor ecosystems and departmental frameworks—as well as Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Construction, IT, and Insurance. Across these sectors, she specializes in managing high-value risk portfolios, driving large-scale digital operational efficiencies, and ensuring absolute compliance.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Madelyn oversees enterprise vendor management, contract lifecycles, and cross-functional project leadership to safeguard assets and maximize cost efficiencies. Athena Weiland serves as the Chief Operating Officer of I AM 1112, where she orchestrates daily operations and internal systems with a deep focus on intentionality, precision, and alignment. Believing that a resilient organization must be rooted in a foundation of structural peace and genuine support, Athena excels at translating visionary concepts into practical, sustainable workflows that keep both the executive team thriving and the community deeply cared for.
An established leader in the maternal wellness landscape, Athena holds a degree in Early Childhood Development and is the Founder and CEO of Conscious Postpartum. Her background, built on a profound understanding of early developmental milestones, conscious care, and mindful presence, uniquely equips her to bridge the gap between high-level operational strategy and human-centric advocacy.
At I AM 1112, Athena leverages this specialized developmental and operational expertise to spearhead the organization’s foundational maternal wellness initiatives. In addition to her executive duties, she leads the strategy and development of the flagship Doula Program and the comprehensive Doula Certification framework. Under her direction, these programs are designed to meet rigorous standards of excellence, empowering a new generation of certified professionals to provide culturally grounded, compassionate, and transformative care to families throughout the vital postpartum and early developmental journeys

Marlo Morris brings more than 30 years of experience in executive administration, human resources, and organizational operations, serving senior leaders across the entertainment, healthcare, and military veteran communities. Her ability to build strong relationships, create efficient systems, and lead with integrity has made her a trusted partner throughout her career.At I AM 1112, Marlo helps cultivate a strong operational foundation that allows our mission to thrive. As the founder of her own financial services and advisory firm, she has spent years guiding entrepreneurs and growing organizations through complex financial decisions, operational expansion, and long-term planning, bringing fiscal accountability, strategic infrastructure, and decades of hands-on executive experience to every engagement she takes on.
As Chief Financial Officer for IAM1112, Qiana brings that same rigor into work that holds deep personal meaning. As a woman of color, mother, and entrepreneur, she understands the profound difference that support, advocacy, and access can make during life's most vulnerable transitions. She was drawn to the IAM1112 organization because she believes every mother deserves to be held by people who understand not just the clinical side of care, but the emotional, cultural, and lived realities that shape the maternal journey. To her, financial leadership in this space is about more than oversight. Gina brings over a decade of dedicated clinical experience and structural leadership to her role at I AM 1112. A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) since 2018, Gina earned her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fresno Pacific University, launching a career spent operating on the front lines of mental health advocacy. She specializes in crisis stabilization, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, and mobile community outreach programs designed to meet individuals exactly where they are.
Her extensive background includes six years as a Program Director and serving on the board for Omega Mental Health, where she has provided foundational Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) clinical supervision since 2020. Grounded in evidence-based frameworks—including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care—Gina pairs rigorous clinical excellence with a deeply empathetic, strength-based approach to human wellness. Throughout her 11 years of field experience, she has provided vital direct care to individuals navigating severe mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and complex personality disorders.
Driven by a profound commitment to absolute alignment and community equity, Gina joined I AM 1112 to help bridge the critical gap between professional mental health infrastructure and the populations who need it most. In her leadership role, she ensures that the organization’s holistic wellness initiatives are backed by rigorous care standards, empowering individuals to navigate life’s most vulnerable transitions with resilience, dignity, and a reclaimed sense of personal agency. Leonard C. Davis
Chief Information Officer
Leonard C. Davis brings more than 17 years of enterprise technology leadership, systems engineering, and public sector execution to his role as Chief Information Officer of I AM 1112. A Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Southern University, Leonard is a hands-on practitioner who has built, secured, and managed complex infrastructure at the scale of one of the largest county governments in the United States.
Over his diverse career with the Los Angeles County Internal Services Department and the LA County Board of Supervisors, Leonard’s expertise has spanned both high-level project oversight and deep technical execution. While he has served as a strategic Project Manager for large-scale telecommunications, CCTV, and access control deployments across hundreds of facilities, his foundational background includes years as a hands-on Network Administrator designing and securing complex LAN/WAN infrastructure. Navigating a rich trajectory of past technical careers, he has led cross-functional teams, supervised engineers, managed multimillion-dollar procurements, and authored technical recommendations for senior county leadership.
At I AM 1112, Leonard serves as the architect of the organization's entire information infrastructure. He ensures that the technology systems supporting care delivery, clinical coordination, and community outreach—from Medi-Cal billing integrations to data security protocols—are as resilient and intentional as the mission itself. Deeply aligned with the organization's core values, Leonard views purposeful technology as an essential structural foundation that unifies our entire ecosystem, ensuring that every individual we reach is protected, honored, and supported by a sustainable framework built to carry our impact forward for generations.

Norman Feazell
Chief Program Officer
Norman A. Feazell, Jr. serves as Chief Program Officer of I AM 1112, a trusted advisor to the organization since its earliest days who has helped shape its brand and guide its formative work. With more than three decades at the intersection of human services and brand strategy, he built his career directing programs that change lives and the campaigns that fund and elevate them
He is founder and Lead Marketing Strategist at Pacifiq Media, the Los Angeles marketing and PR consultancy he began in 1995, where he directs a multidisciplinary team serving clients across nonprofit, entertainment, healthcare, and Fortune 500 sectors. He is also originator of Interactive
Consumer Engagement, a brand methodology for authentic consumer-to-consumer dialogue, which he applies directly to advancing I AM 1112's voice and reach. In parallel, he serves as Senior Program Director at New Directions for Youth, and previously identified more than $10 million in grant funding and lifted brand visibility by 300% as Director of Marketing and Program Development at Providence Mental Health in Bozeman, Montana.
His commitment to young people runs deep, including supervising Level 14 residential treatment programs at Hathaway-Sycamores, serving as a Social Work Investigator with the Children's Law Center of Los Angeles, and logging over 1,900 classroom hours teaching Life Skills to foster, probation, and CSEC-impacted youth across every Service Planning Area of Los Angeles County.
A graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana (B.A., Mass Communications) and a certified Brand Manager trained by former P&G and Coca-Cola CEO James Michael Lafferty, Norman brings this rare fluency in brand and human services to our program and marketing leadership, helping guide I AM 1112's growth and amplify the communities we serve.
